We invite you to invest in you and step into a unique sanctuary of restorative movement, intentional play, and authentic connection.
A morning for you to fully relax, decompress, play, and realign, with fun yoga, hula hooping, and Qigong (the thing you probably haven’t heard of… yet!).
This isn’t just another workout or a class where you feel pressure to perform. This is a space for you to decompress, move in ways that feel good, and connect with a community that truly gets it.
We’ve designed a morning reset combining three expert-led pillars to help you flourish and grow into summer. It’s an experience that emphasises personal space, professional guidance, and meaningful takeaways for your mental and physical wellbeing.
Gently dissolve stress from the moment you enter. You’ll be welcomed with a cup of tea and a warm introduction from the team, setting your intention for the day and helping you become fully present. Then, work with Abby on “Child Play” exercises such as hula hooping and adult sports day games, rediscovering the simple joy of movement without judgement, and having a genuine giggle.
Enjoy a dedicated session of relaxed yoga and Qigong, designed to anchor your energy and calm your mind. If you’ve ever thought “yoga isn’t for me,” a session with Leanne might just change your mind. You’ll be encouraged to do what feels right for your body and move at your own pace. No pressure, just space to be.
And if you haven’t heard of Qigong, it might just become your new favourite way to relax. Like hula hooping, it’s fitness that feels like play, but instead of spinning a hoop, you’re gently moving energy through your whole body.
Share space with like-minded people and enjoy tea and refreshments in a supportive, relaxed environment. Come exactly as you are and leave feeling a little more grounded, energised, and content.
