This isn’t just a workshop — it’s a creative retreat. Spend a full day getting out of your head and into your hands, exploring the three pillars of hand-building clay in a relaxed, zero-pressure environment. No kilns, no waiting — just you, the clay, and plenty of time to experiment.

What You’ll Master

  • Pinching: The oldest method for shaping clay into organic vessels
  • Coiling: Build up walls to create pots, vases, or jars
  • Slab Building: Roll and cut clay for geometric or structured shapes

Walk away with three unique pieces ready to dry and paint at home.

Format & Duration

  • 5.5 hours with plenty of breaks
  • Lunch: Bring a packed lunch; tea, coffee, and biscuits provided
  • All materials and tools provided
  • Refreshments available throughout the day
