Chair-Based Exercise Classes

At Red Gables, we host three Better Balance chair-based exercise classes each week, designed to boost heart health, improve balance, flexibility, and general fitness, while offering a friendly and social environment.

These classes are suitable for all fitness levels and can be done standing or sitting, depending on individual preference. It’s a great way to stay active, build confidence, and socialise with others.

Each class costs £3.50 per person and includes a refreshments break.
No booking required — just turn up and join in.
